Notes

Note
On http://geneteka.genealodzy.pl:

Soboraj has 1 entry
Soberaj has 2 entries
Sobierajski has about 40 entires
Sobieraj has about 3900 entries

So from the above numbers "Sobieraj..." is quite likely the correct root, and it puzzles me why the death certificate would not have the same ending as the Gralewo entries.

Researching "Sobierajski" yields some interesting candidates:

In 1723 Maciej Sobierajski married Marianna Przygocki in Zakroczym, which is about 1/3 rd way between Warsaw and Gralewo. There is a village Dąbrówka about 8 km south of Zakroczym. If Maciej and Marianna had a son in 1723 he would be the perfect age to be Jadwiga's father in 1758. Also, the website records the death of a Marianna Sobierajska in 1792 in Grawelo! Perhaps this is grandmother living with her grand-daughter Jadwiga in Gralewo.

Another interesting record is the marriage of a Wojciech Sobierajski to a Marianna Ogrodnik in Bogate in 1758, which is also the approximate year of the birth of Jadwiga. Perhaps Wojciech is the son of Maciej and father of Jadwiga. Bogate is much further away, however.

Note
From Robert Magnuski:

I have just checked which gubernia Zakroczym belonged to and like Plonsk it belonged to gubernia plocka not warszawska, district/powiat Nowy Dwor. So there are two locations that are considered as her possible birth place: Dabrowka near Zakroczym and Dabrowki near Biezun that was closer to Gralewo. Those two parishes should be looked for their marriage as that's the key entry.

I have typed "Sobierajski Biezun" to the browser to find at least two pages containing name Sobierajski within that area and Zuromin.

What worries me a little is that Franciszek did not know names of her mother's parents even though he knew where she was born. They were referred to as "of unknown parents" at her death entry. However when he was born in 1795 Jadwiga was about 37 thus here parents were about 60. Franciszek was not able to remember until he was about 8-10 years and by that time his grandparents could have been deceased as they would be about 70.

No matter what if there are any marriage records from Bieżuń & Zakroczym from 1785 till the birth of the first child they should be examined.

I have seen that family records kept having the family name as Magnowski rather than Magnuski. Have you checked whether that name appeared in that area? As you know Geneteka does not provide any Magnuskis or Magnowskis in Gralewo except that single family which support the notion that Joseph arrived to that area following his wife.
